Tidelands Health Community Resource Center

The Tidelands Health Community Resource Center is so much more than a building. It’s about people. For the first time, uninsured and underinsured residents in our community are able to access health, wellness, medical and social services under one roof. The resource center is a hub where our friends and neighbors can be linked with affordable primary care and behavioral health services and attend classes that promote a healthy lifestyle and chronic disease management.
