River Edge Behavioral Health is Central Georgia’s unsurpassed resource for mental health and substance disorder treatments and supports, as well as supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. River Edge Crisis Service Centers operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide outpatient crisis stabilization (23 hours or fewer) for adults facing an acute mental health or substance use crisis. The Crisis Service Centers both serve as an important alternative to waiting for care or an after-hours trip to the emergency room.
