Goshen Medical Services, which operates Fairview Medical, strives to provide access to affordable health care for all people in eastern North Carolina. As Goshen Medical Center is a Federally qualified healthcare organization, no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. A sliding fee schedule is available to those who qualify.
