Neighbor to Neighbor

Neighbor to Neighbor offers several programs for adults with disabilities, older adults and veterans. Programs include: Rides to vital medical appointments as well as quality of life destinations such as the grocery store, pharmacy or bank. Delivery of food pantry boxes once a week. Assist client in learning new technology to stay connected to family and medical providers. In-home visits from a friendly volunteer to promote independence and aging in place. Information on where to find low-cost/free immunizations and testing as well as how to prepare for hurricanes and other natural emergencies. See website for more information.
